Back of House: 
Hunting for part time talented persons to join our events culinary team (part time seasonal contractors as well as possibly one to do part time work with us as part of the permanent team)! email [email protected] for an interview. Front of House: 
We are searching for a full time server/bartender, or two part timers. 

We are also open for a rare opportunity to join our leadership -  full time team leader to add to our core leadership team. 40 hours a week, $32+ an hour DOE. TONS of growth with this role!

OUR CONCEPT

• Our concept is a family style scratch-kitchen that serves continental European recipes with a little bit of Louisiana. The menu changes weekly, so there's a lot to learn always!
• Thoughtful, extremely flavorful dishes with surprising, high-end and local ingredients.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Our clientele is higher-end and not typically price-sensitive.
• Average guest check expectation is $50-70 per person at dinner. (depending on the night and our special events can range up to $200 a person!)
• We work as a team-service concept with our full time team leads making $65-70K to start.
• Our team leaders pinch hit in all of our operation, from hosting, serving, bartending, and dealing with customer service issues.
• We expect professionalism, strong work ethic, and desire to grow with our organization as we are expanding quickly!

• We don't care if you have a college degree - but we do want restaurant experience and someone who is eager to learn what we do.
• Obvi you need to be legally able to work, and be able to handle physical labor.
• We want someone bright, with knowledge about what we do, and an awesome and curiosity-filled personality.
• You must have reliable transportation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• pass Serv-safe Tips Training.
• pass our internal training tests.
• be on time to work (because it's respectful to the brand and your colleagues).
• be passionate about food and wine and cocktails... You have to love what you do.
• be nice & rad & respectful of teammates & clients.
• be a self-managed person. We don't prefer to micromanage.
• be comfortable making drinks, dealing with happy and unhappy clients, chatting with regulars, coaching new team members, and being a great asset to the team.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
