Caña de Cabra cheese comes from Murcia, a delightful region in the southeast of Spain by the Mediterranean Seas. This goat cheese is creamy, dense, with a velvety feel and has a great calming flavor that is savory, salty, and comes with a wonderful lemon tang finish.
