ATTIRE & GROOMING:

• Both front and back of house wear all black! 
• No armpits, no belly buttons, no butt cheeks, no side boobs! 
• High-end clientele, please dress nicely. No Jeans, no shorts. 
• Closed toe shoes
• Please wear clean, neat attire in all black. 
• Please make sure long hair is tied back, and facial hair is well groomed. 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

• 9-11am - setup and get ready for lunch service at 11am.
• All tables and chairs and kitchen set up by 1045am
• 40 guests for all events. 
• 11-2PM lunch service
• 2pm-3pm flip for happy hour service - ready by 2:45
• 3-530PM happy hour service
• 530-630 re-set for dinner service
• 630-830 Dinner Service
• 830-10PM cleanup!

ARRIVAL AND PARKING:
​Parking is not allowed on the property. You will need to arrive at the meeting spot - See map! and you'll be shuttled in. Please plan on 10 minutes for the shuttle before and after your shift. More information to come!
